Your safety and comfort come first. As Certified PRP Specialists, we follow precise, evidence-based protocols to perform the P-Shot® and O-Shot® with care and expertise.

Your journey starts with a private consultation. We take the time to understand your goals, review your health history, and ensure you’re a good candidate for PRP-based sexual wellness treatments.

We draw a small amount of your own blood, similar to routine lab work. Using a specialized and FDA approved medical centrifuge, we separate the Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) — a golden, concentrated serum rich in natural growth factors that stimulate healing and tissue rejuvenation.

The treatment area is gently numbed with a topical anesthetic to ensure maximum comfort. Most patients report little to no discomfort during the procedure.

The PRP is skillfully injected into precise areas using fine, medical-grade needles:

• For the P-Shot®, PRP is injected into specific areas of the penis to stimulate new tissue growth, improve circulation, and enhance sensitivity and performance.

• For the O-Shot®, PRP is injected into the vaginal tissue and near the clitoris to promote natural lubrication, heightened sensitivity, and improved intimacy.

The procedure typically takes about 30-60 minutes.

There is no major downtime after the procedure. Most patients can resume normal activities the same day. Sexual activity can often be resumed immediately. 

Many patients notice improvement within a few weeks, with continued enhancement over the next few months as the body’s natural healing response takes effect. Results vary, and some individuals benefit from a series of treatments and/or botox addition.
